Industrial Panel PCs
7" to 24" resistive, capacitive and multi-touch panel computers with fanless Intel platforms, front IP65 sealing and panel, VESA or arm mounting.
About SINSMART
SINSMART designs, builds and supports industrial panel PCs, HMI terminals and embedded computers from a single facility in Guangzhou. Engineering, tooling, SMT, assembly and testing sit under one roof, which is why a special enclosure or a changed I/O layout is a scheduling question here rather than a supplier negotiation.
Who we are
Most of our customers are not buying a computer. They are buying the part of a machine that an operator touches every shift, in a room that is hot, wet, dusty or vibrating. That distinction shapes every decision we make: fanless thermal design over raw benchmark scores, wide-range DC input over a consumer power brick, a five-year build guarantee over a product refreshed every season.
The company began in 2008 as a small integration workshop building operator terminals for local machinery makers. The requests that came back most often — a deeper enclosure, an extra serial port, a brighter panel, a mounting pattern that matched an existing cut-out — became the reason we moved into our own manufacturing rather than staying a reseller.
Mechanical, hardware and BIOS engineers on staff, not outsourced.
SMT, sheet metal, assembly and burn-in on a single site.
Platforms held in production for five years or more.
Technical questions answered by the people who built the unit.
What we make
Every family shares the same mainboards, thermal approach and test regime, so a customer who qualifies one product has already qualified most of the next one.
7" to 24" resistive, capacitive and multi-touch panel computers with fanless Intel platforms, front IP65 sealing and panel, VESA or arm mounting.
Operator terminals for machine control, with fieldbus options, isolated serial ports and enclosure formats designed to drop into existing cut-outs.
DIN-rail and wall-mount controllers with wide-range DC input, expansion slots and extended temperature builds for cabinet installation.
Open-frame and enclosed displays with high-brightness, optically bonded and stainless-steel variants for wash-down and outdoor positions.
Milestones
Each move was driven by a limit we kept running into — a supplier that could not hold a revision, a test we could not run ourselves, a lead time we could not shorten.
Started building operator terminals for machinery manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta, integrating third-party boards and displays.
Moved from integration to design after repeated I/O and depth requests that no catalogue product could satisfy.
Brought board assembly in-house with AOI inspection, making full material traceability possible for the first time.
Added temperature, humidity, vibration and drop testing on site, replacing outsourced qualification cycles that took weeks.
Consolidated production onto a single campus and committed to five-year availability on core platforms.
Serving machine builders, integrators and end users through direct supply and a distributor network across Europe, North America and Asia.
Facility
Customers are welcome to audit any stage. Book a visit and we will schedule production so you see the line running rather than a showroom.
How we work
The same four stages apply whether the order is one evaluation unit or a yearly volume with a fixed configuration.
You describe the machine, the environment and the interfaces. We come back with a configuration, the constraints behind it and what it will cost.
An evaluation unit is built to that exact configuration, with the drawing and the BOM you will be quoted against later.
You test in your own application. We run environmental and burn-in testing in parallel and hand over the reports.
The approved configuration is frozen, given a part number and held under revision control for the life of your machine.
Certificates and reports are shown as supporting company evidence. Confirm the current document and model-specific applicability with our team before qualification.

Why customers stay
Send an application description or a drawing. An engineer reviews every enquiry and replies with a configuration, a lead time and a price within one working day.
