How quickly can you ship?
Standard configurations in stock ship within 3–5 working days. Configured units built to order typically take 10–15 working days, and modified builds 15–25. Every quotation states the lead time we can actually hold, including current component availability, rather than a best case.
Do you work with system integrators and OEMs directly?
Yes, and most of our volume is that kind of relationship. Where a regional distributor already covers your territory we will introduce you, but engineering contact stays direct — you should be able to reach the person who designed the unit.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Give us two weeks' notice and we will schedule production so that the lines relevant to your product are running while you are there. Audits against your own checklist are welcome, and we can arrange collection from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
What warranty applies?
24 months from shipment as standard, extendable to 36 or 60 months by agreement. Advance replacement is available for line-down situations, and every returned unit receives a failure analysis rather than a silent repair.
