A 15.6″ Android industrial panel PC for touchscreen control and device connectivity.
Processing and system configuration
The DTP-T156-RK3288 uses the RK3288 platform with a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz. The standard configuration includes 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, while RAM can be configured up to 4GB and storage can be expanded to 32GB, 64GB or 128GB.
Display and touch options
The 15.6-inch Full HD TFT display provides a 1920 × 1080 resolution and wide viewing angles. Depending on the operator interface, the industrial panel PC can be configured with a 10-point capacitive touchscreen, a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen, or a non-touch display.
Industrial serial connectivity
Four serial ports are available for connecting industrial controllers, instruments and other serial devices. The standard configuration uses 1 × RS485 and 3 × RS232, and the serial configuration can support up to 2 × RS485 and 2 × RS232.
Wired and wireless connectivity
The DTP-T156-RK3288 provides a 10/100M Ethernet RJ45 port, 3 × USB 2.0, HDMI, Debug, TF card, SIM card, audio and DC input interfaces. Wi-Fi is supported, with 4G expansion available when wireless communication is required.
Android and Linux OS options
Android 7.1 is the standard operating system. Optional systems include Android 5.1, Android 6.0, Android 8.1, Linux Buildroot, Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18.04, allowing the software environment to be matched to the target application.
Installation and mechanical fit
The industrial panel PC measures 392 × 246 × 48 mm and uses a recommended panel cutout of 378 × 234 mm. It supports front-flush panel mounting and 75 × 75 mm VESA mounting, giving equipment builders two installation options.
Front protection
The front panel meets IP65 protection requirements. This protection rating applies to the front panel rather than the complete enclosure, so the installation design should account for where dust or water exposure may occur.
