A 15.6″ industrial panel PC built for flexible control, connectivity and installation.
Display and touch
The 15.6-inch Full HD display provides a 1920 × 1080 resolution with 250 cd/m² brightness. Depending on the operator interface and installation environment, the DTP-C156-6100U can be configured with a 10-point capacitive touchscreen, a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen, or a non-touch display.
Processing platform
Choose from Intel® Core™ i3-6100U, i5-6200U or i7-6500U processors according to the required application workload. The platform supports DDR4 memory up to 16GB and SSD storage up to 1TB.
Industrial I/O
The industrial panel PC provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, 4 × USB 3.0 and 6 serial ports for connecting controllers, instruments, scanners and other external equipment. The serial configuration includes 5 × RS232 and 1 × RS232/RS485, while HDMI and VGA provide additional display connectivity.
Installation and mechanical fit
The DTP-C156-6100U supports front-flush panel mounting as well as 75 × 75 mm VESA mounting. The unit measures 392 × 246 × 62 mm, with a recommended panel cutout of 378 × 234 mm, allowing system integrators to check enclosure space and installation dimensions before deployment.
Protection and operating environment
The front panel meets IP65 protection requirements for installations where the operator-facing surface may be exposed to dust or water. With a standard-temperature SSD, the specified operating temperature is 0°C to 50°C. A configuration using a wide-temperature SSD supports an operating temperature of -20°C to 60°C.
Expansion and wireless options
A Mini-PCIe expansion slot supports optional Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G and Bluetooth configurations, providing additional wireless connectivity when required by the installation.
